Company partnerships

Mental health programs that actually land.

We bring Team Wheelhouse into companies, garages, and offices — with a keynote, a campaign, an installation, or a custom engagement built for your team. Engaging, not preachy. Memorable, not forgettable.

Signed hood mounted on a wall
Sign the Hood

Every signature is a promise.

We bring our race-car’s carbon hood into your office. Every employee picks up a paint marker and signs — on the spot, no pressure, no quotas. Their signatures become part of the legacy hood that travels with us from company to company, from track to track.

  1. 01
We arrive with the hood. Set up takes 30 minutes. Lobby, break room, courtyard — wherever your team gathers.
  2. 02
Everyone signs. A paint marker, a name, a quick “I’m in.” No pressure. The team walks up, signs, and stays for the conversation.
  3. 03
Your team joins the legacy. The hood travels on — every event adds more names. Your company becomes part of a living artifact that proves how big this community really is.

The point isn’t the hood. The point is the ten-second exchange when a coworker picks up a marker and says “I’m in.” That moment is what breaks the silence. And it lasts long after we drive away.

Bring the hood to your team
See it in action

Past event highlights.

What it actually looks like when we bring the hood to a company — the signing, the conversations, the moment a team realizes they’re all in this together.

What we bring

Five offerings.

Build from there

Start in 30 minutes. Scale to a full engagement.

The hood signing is the icebreaker. Pair it with a NAMI lunch & learn, our keynote, and a permanent installation, and you have a company-wide mental health partnership built around something your team can see and touch.

01 30 minutes

NAMI Lunch & Learns

Lunch. NAMI. Real talk.

One hour. Catered lunch. We come with a partner from NAMI — the National Alliance on Mental Illness — and we sit down with your employees to talk honestly about mental health.

NAMI brings the clinical credibility and the evidence-based framing. We bring our story, the car culture on-ramp, and the room-warming that gets people actually opening up. Together, we break down the wall around the state of mental health in your workplace.

  • The format: 60 minutes — opening story (15), NAMI framework (20), open conversation (25)
  • The size: Works at 15 people in a conference room or 150 in a town hall
  • The outcome: A vocabulary your team didn’t have before, and a starting line for ongoing support
  • The cadence: Single session, quarterly series, or part of an ERG launch

“You Are Not Alone” Installations

One in five.
On the wall, year-round.

A permanent visual signal that your workplace is paying attention. Banners, framed plaques, dedicated race-car displays — built to fit your space and live there for the long haul.

The number on every piece is the same: 1 in 5 American adults will experience a mental health condition this year. The point of the installation is to make sure nobody in your office goes a single day without being reminded that statistic includes them.

The keynote

“The most dangerous thing about mental health isn’t the illness. It’s the silence we’ve built around it. We built it. Which means we can tear it down.”
